Join Downtown Odessa, Inc. and local downtown businesses in a fun and free Halloween event. Downtown businesses have come together to offer a fun and safe environment for community members to #GetDowntown and trick-or-treat with lots of goodies! #GetDowntown from 4-7pm and pickup a stamp page from local businesses participating. Visit at least ten local businesses and get your page stamped, then visit the Downtown Odessa, Inc. table to enter your stamp page for an entry into our giveaways.
Treats on the Streets is an opportunity for downtown businesses to give back to the community. This event promotes and highlights local businesses in the downtown footprint.
You can pick up maps and stamp pages at participating businesses. Limit of 1 entry per participant, stamp pages and maps available while supplies lasts.
